Why TrafficSwarm Stinks As a Free Traffic Generator

TrafficSwarmO.K. now here’s a system that I really think stinks for my site/blog and wastes a lot time.

We’re talking Trafficswarm and why I used to hate it.

If you haven’t heard of TrafficSwarm then don’t worry. I’ll just give you the basic outlineof what it is.
And then you can save yourself a lot of sweat and just bypass this loser.

TrafficSwarm is a traffic exchange system. And on my personal Banned List of services that I think wastes my time.

Let me explain: Here’s What TrafficSwarm basically does…

Step 1: Sign up for a Free membership.

Quote:

Step 2: Surf your TrafficSwarm Page and view only the sites that interest you.

Step 3: Place your ads inside your TrafficSwarm account. Then…

… sit back while you get free traffic to your site from interested TrafficSwarm members. It just couldn’t be any easier!” Unquote

Now what the problem I have with this?
Why don’t I like this when their site says that 400,000 successful members are using it?

Q: If so many people like it then…
Why have I put it on my banned list?

A: Read on
I think it was over a year ago when I was looking for Free ways to drive traffic to my site.
(And there are plenty of Free and proven ways of driving traffic to your site or blog but more on those later.)

Getting back to TrafficSwarm…so I joined it and then I started surfing for credit.

Yes some Ads did interest me and I only clicked on those. After all why would I want to waste my time looking through ads that don’t interest me at all right?

Then a month later I realized that I was spending a lot of time surfing through ads just to get my ads seen by others.

Now I’m sure in the beginning you wouldn’t mind doing that too if you were just starting out.

But that’s only half the story. You see I also realized that in order for me to generate any kind of traffic I’d have to pay for a listing.

This bears saying again: in order for me to generate any kind of traffic I’d have to pay for a listing.

Now the trouble was that my site was not on Internet marketing.

How many people would then be interested in my ad for the amount of money I’d have to spend?

If you guessed not that many then you’re right.

So for me it didn’t make sense to buy ads on their site.

Frankly I got quite disgusted with the whole thing.

I wasn’t getting what I wanted out of this system.

I didn’t want to have to spend loads of time on it.

Or loads of money on it.

It took me many months to finally face the truth. I’d have to cut this out of my Internet life.

Believe it or not this was a hard thing for me to do.

You probably already know this but sometimes it can be really hard to admit defeat. No one likes to admit that they really failed. Or that what they were doing fell through. You know what I mean.
You try something and after months of working at it you realize that it’s just not working.

What I’m talking about is me finding out that after all those months I had still fallen flat on my face.

So I chopped it out of my Internet Life and started looking at other options.

That was one of the best things I’ve done online.

So remember that if you’re doing something and it’s just not working no matter what you do, then maybe it’s time to rethink its position in your life.

This could be a tactic you’re trying that is just not working.
You’ve wasted a lot of time on it. Why waste anymore. Find a system that can give you what you want with a good ratio of Effort : Results (See This Post on Maximizing Your Life & Time)

Remember always its the Ratio of Effort : Results that should finally determine what you keep doing and what you kick in the butt and out the door.

What do you think of this?

Has Traffic Swarm worked for you?

If it has then what did you do that it worked?

In fact I’ve found a good system that makes good use of The Maximizing Rule.

More on that later,

Until then,

Your Partner in Success,
